These terms cover your use of aristocarware.com and our waitlist. AristoCarWare is not yet offering subscriptions or taking payments. When we do, separate subscription terms will apply and will be shown to you before you sign up.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by AristoCarWare LLC (“AristoCarWare,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist. By signing up, you confirm that you are.

3. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and does not guarantee access to a vehicle, a subscription, a price, or a launch date. Vehicles, pricing, availability, and service areas shown on the site are previews and may change before launch. You can leave the waitlist at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing hello@aristocarware.com.

4. Acceptable use

Please don’t submit false information, sign up other people without their permission, try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, or use automated tools to scrape or spam our forms.

5. Our content

The AristoCarWare name, logo, text, and design on this site belong to us or our licensors. Vehicle names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our permission.

6. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the site’s accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AristoCarWare will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the waitlist.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, let waitlist members know by email.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
